The Privacy Policy has been established for all use of the FODINA ONE LTD website (hereinafter referred to as « the Site ») at fodinaone.com.
This Privacy Policy applies to any legal entity or individual, whether legally capable or not, hereinafter referred to as « the User. » Compliance with these provisions is mandatory for anyone visiting the Site. Failure to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy may lead to legal action, with the legal representative being held responsible in cases of non-compliance by minors or legally incapacitated individuals. The Site, in turn, commits to respecting all provisions of the Privacy Policy and to implementing all necessary measures to ensure the full protection of User personal data.
1 – Use of the Site
The Site, its content, and its services are intended to be accessible and fully functional with the latest operating system versions: Microsoft Windows, Android, Mac OS, Linux, and the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. In case of Site malfunction caused by an outdated operating system or browser version, Users are encouraged to perform updates.

No subcontractor will be authorized to use another subcontractor without the prior written consent of FODINA ONE LTD.

If there are hyperlinks on the Site to websites edited and/or managed by third parties, the Site is not responsible in any way.
